212 Student Ministry
212 is the name of our ministry that serves students who are in grades 6-12. We realize that students today are faced with so many social pressures, questions about life, and questions about faith. We are devoted to creating a safe environment where they can come as they are, and discover how they can know God and make Him known.
We meet upstairs in the youth room during the 2nd service. Students will stay in the worship service in the sanctuary with their parents, and after the break, will join us in the youth room.
212 is founded in Titus 2:12 which instructs followers of Christ to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures and to live in this world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God. In 212, students will be encouraged and challenged to move closer to the heart of God as they learn about:
- Having an Authentic Faith
- Putting Others First
- Developing Spiritual Disciplines
- Creating Moral Boundaries
- Developing Healthy Friendships
- Making Wise Choices
- Understanding God's Ultimate Authority
212 is designed to create a culture of healthy spiritual growth and strong friendships that will enable students to connect to God, connect with each other, and connect to the world around them.
